A good set of summary KPIs for the senior management team
We have found it tough to come up with KPIs for our NPD team. The book represents is good KPIs summary for the measurable parts of innovation and new product development. In this book I’ve found some interesting KPI I didn’t think about and the confirmation of other onses I selected on my own. I believe that some absolute numbers are not ideal KPIs because they must be interpreted in the production context, so pay attention when using them.
